Shipping Costs and Information
As a standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is handled by DHL or, if required in a particular case, by other shipping providers such as DPD, DHL Express, Hermes, FedEx or Deutsche Post.
The applicable shipping costs can be found in the overview below.
If you would like your order shipped to another country that is not listed, please email us at before placing your order at service@lenabo.com and tell us which item you would like, the quantity, and the complete delivery address (country and postal code). We will check whether delivery is possible and let you know the expected shipping costs.
Shipping within Germany
We charge a flat rate of €3.99 per order for shipping within Germany.
Orders with a gross value of €99 or more are shipped free of charge.
Shipping within the European Union
We charge a flat rate of €7.95 per order for shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Worldwide Shipping
The flat-rate shipping charge for all other countries is €19.99 per order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees, and import duties or customs charges. Further information is available at:

Information on Calculating Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination region:

Delivery time within Germany: up to 5 business days

Delivery time within the EU: 7–14 business days

Worldwide delivery time: 14–21 business days
The period begins on the day after the contract is concluded or, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is submitted to the remitting bank. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
Orders Containing Multiple Items with Different Delivery Times
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. Where possible, items will be shipped separately; this will not incur any additional costs for you.
Shipping Abroad
For international deliveries, the delivery times stated above apply according to the destination region. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and import fees, which must be borne by the recipient.
