Shipping costs and information

Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be handled by DHL or – if necessary – by other shipping providers such as DPD , DHL Express , Hermes , FedEx , or Deutsche Post .
The applicable shipping costs can be found in the overview below.

Should you wish to have your order shipped to a country not listed, please email us at service@lenabo.com before placing your order . Please let us know the desired item, the quantity, and your complete delivery address (country and postal code). We will check if delivery is possible and inform you of the estimated shipping costs.

Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €3.99 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €99 (gross) .

Shipping within the European Union

For shipping to the following countries, we charge a flat rate of €7.95 per order:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Worldwide shipping

For shipping to all other countries, the shipping fee is €19.99 per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply which are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer. These include, for example , bank transfer fees, exchange rate fees, and import duties or customs fees . Further information can be found at:

For deliveries within Germany and abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

Payment processing is handled by the respective payment service provider in accordance with their applicable terms of use.

Information on calculating the delivery time

Delivery times depend on the respective delivery area:

Delivery time within Germany: up to 5 working days
Delivery time within the EU: 7–14 working days
Worldwide delivery time: 14–21 working days

The period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, or, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

Ordering multiple items with different delivery times

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. Partial deliveries will be made where possible; you will not incur any additional costs as a result.

International shipping

For deliveries abroad, the delivery times mentioned above apply according to the respective destination region. Please note that additional customs duties and import fees may apply to international deliveries, which are to be borne by the recipient.
